REDRESS

Redress is an NGO based in Hong Kong aiming to reduce textile waste and promote environmental sustainability in the fashion industry.

On a pro bono basis, I assisted with photography and social media management and offered creative input for social media use as well as photographing and editing the fashion revolution campaign.

The Redress Design Award (formerly known as The Ecochic Design Award), is an annual design competition where emerging, young designers create collections using upcycled textiles. I shot behind the scenes footage at fittings and the 2017 show. Additionally, I helped to film footage for the award winning documentary series,’Frontline Fashion’.

THE R COLLECTIVE

Borne from Redress, The R Collective is a luxury upcycled fashion brand launched in September 2017, making its debut at the 2017 Redress Design Award. The R Collective is now sold across the globe in the likes of Lane Crawford Hong Kong and Barney’s New York.

I photographed and interviewed influential figures in both Hong Kong’s fashion industry and the global sustainable scene for the R Collective community pages, took behind the scenes footage at official campaign shoots and provided creative, styling and social media input.
